Authentic chinese food that’s on campus. I ordered the yangzhou fried rice which was delicious. It’s cheaper if you pay in cash (I paid like 9.5 ish cash) and they have free cold water and hot tea. It’s pretty spacious and overall a great place
Atmosphere wise, it’s definitely okay for a meal, but definitely not a place with good enough atmosphere to go on a date.
Overall, really great place. I suggest coming here after a cbtf test (which is what I do)

This is hands down the best small Chinese restaurant I've found in my life. I've only lived here about a year, and Ive had my go to spot, but I'm SO GLAD I tried Cravings tonight. The best Hot and Sour soup I've ever had, super authentic food, and the owners are really nice.
I'll absolutely be back and bringing friends, lol.

Great food! Atmosphere is alright, but when the food is good you do not care about how the place looks. Family owned. Free hot tea. Owner gifted me a dish the last day of my stay in Champaign-Urbana.

Good Chinese restaruant. Food is not too spicy or greasy. If you pay cash, you can usually get two big dishes and rice for 25-28 dollars. Enough amount for almost three adults. Most cusines I have tried are good. I reccommend shanghai style ribs, fried shrimps, mogolian beef, and bok choy. They also serve box lunch and free tea.

Great portions for a low price. I always get the hot bar combo and it still tastes fresh and crispy. The only thing is I wish the hot bar had labels so I don’t have to worry about allergens

I LOVED Cravings when I was studying at UIUC. Their chicken in garlic sauce is delicious. Huge quantities as well. I also loved their steam pok choy. I can’t wait to come back and eat here. Also I loved the friendly staff.

This is a great little secret! This is a fun little family run business that caters to the customer.
There is plenty of seeding in the little restaurant as well as amenities they have water and tea and ice water for those who have to wait for their to go orders or while they're eating inside.
Their place is clean

They even have a Chinese menu as well as an American Chinese menu.
They have lunch specials too!
I have to say to date they have one of the best cashew chicken that I have had so far since moving here.
