American Deli

Food is always great. However, I was having an issue contacting regarding missing items on my order. No one ever picks up the phone here. Like let’s say I want to place an order? I even tested a theory, I was up there it wasn’t busy, they let the phone ring and then picked it up, only to place it down. This is not good for business. Tighten it up. Update: 1/20 EVERYDAY this week i have been trying to come by and order, they close at 9:00 i pulled up at 8:43 and they have the sign off and doors lock. Sitting in the parking lock and they are walking out. You hours say until 9:00 pm.

They literally dilute their honey sauce to WATER. Ordering honey hot wings will literally taste like hot wings. Honey hot lemon pepper taste like hot lemon pepper. Requested extra honey sauce separately and it’s damn near tasteless. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Never ordering from here again.

So, editing my review a bit, when American Deli first arrived they were actually really good. In the past year or two I feel like they have really declined. The wings don't seem as thoroughly cooked, or good. The fries are still decent. I honestly don't mess with much of the rest of the menu. Personally, I have never seen any bugs or anything in the restaurant, but I'm not gonna lie, it's not a very clean looking interior. The place really isn't even that old.

Disappointed! I’ve been coming to this American Deli since 2014! Never have I ever been treated this way by the owners from before which I’m assuming they have new owners and workers. The food quality has gone all the way down and the price have gone up. They don’t have celery bc the say customers don’t like it but everyone knows customers who love wings, love celery on the side. Then I order a garden salad and instead of telling me they were out of cucumbers they decide to just put mushrooms on my salad without even asking which was a waist of my time and $20!!!! Why would I pay that much for a 10 piece (no meal or drink) and a salad that was sent even prepared correctly! The guy at the front counter did not care at all and just shrugged his shoulders! They will NEVER get another dime from me again!
