Five Guys

Poor service. I asked for a cheese burger cut in half when my order came up later and looked at it and was not happy at all. The burger was very messy with sauce all over the outside of the wrapper. Hamburger did not have ant flavor to it and did not taste fresh from the grill. I would have taken it back but had already left. Cheesburger was not worth the money. Will go to steak and shake for more quality food.

I decided to go to Five Guys because several of my work associates brought it back the other day. I thought to myself it has been a while since I been there. I realized why after stepping through the door. What is this world coming to? This is a burger joint without a wait staff and they are charging practically $10 for a burger. I have no complaint about the service. There was another matter that happened but I've experienced worse at regular establishments. The price being asked for free peanuts and 2 pounds of Idaho's finest doesn't warrant these ridiculous prices. I know what you might be thinking. He must be cheap. Not at all. I'm practical, but I go out to eat a lot. There's no value here. I suggest if you want a burger go to a sit-down restaurant with a real cook. And for those wondering about the pic. That was just a sandwich I ordered that caused that grease puddle.
