Panda Express

I went in about an hour ago June 13 it wasn't busy at all soon as I walk in the girl along with her other coworker give me funny looks upon entering and started to murmur a few things to each other and start laughing after she asks "can I help you" i told her what size plate i wanted and it went in one ear and out the other because she looks right up at me and ask me what I wanted and to repeat again I noticed the other review about not paying attention to the portions because for some odd reason when I order through uber eats I get a good amount of food I noticed the portions was extremely small and on top of that I almost thought the girl at the register was literally gonna act like I wasn't standing there or she didn't see me and skip over my order and ring somebody else up that was after me until I made it a point to stand directly in front of her. Your working for a food franchise you shouldn't be discriminating/snickering or thinking your better than customers

I honestly didn’t pay attention when she was making my plate but I’ve found that ANY location I go to always take advantage of this by skimping portions. Seriously I opened up the box & there were five pieces of orange chicken lol like really? Then I got the sweet fire chicken breast because I like that it comes with red bell peppers & pineapple but… I got ONE piece EACH LOL. Not only that but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the little amount of sweet n sour sauce you guys have workers put into those containers, what an absolute waste of plastic, I asked for TWO & I got the amount for ONE. I also don’t think I should have to ask for sweet & sour when I ordered veggie rolls. But hey, next time I’ll just pay attention when I come in.

Went in tonight to order late dinner for my family and had a bad experience. I used to work for Panda Express so I know how ordering works, as well as, trying to watch the weight if the food at the end of the night. I went in tonight 4/5/22 to order for myself and my family of 6 dinner at 8:52pm. The display table had 4 entrees available and they all looked like they had been sitting there for a good while. The 3 customers ahead of me looked upset as they were cashing out and when I got up to the front I seen why. This store closes at 10:30pm and the girl who was about to make my plate said they were no longer cooking for the night. I asked who is in charge because I used to work for panda and know how it works and she said the cook Saul. There was more people walking in to order as well. Seems like you guys were just being lazy and isn't want to do your job. I'm sure my family would have took most the food t ourselves let alone the customers in front and behind me....

Hey panda, how bout you bring back PEPSI Products since you started off with PEPSI and now switched to coke.... you squeezing everything out of us customers by raising the food costs that you cheap out on drinks? NEW update: food has been good last few times I visited here. Usually don't finish a 2-3 item plate but lately, it's been tasty and fresh. Keep it up. 5 stars if you carry PEPSI AGAIN LOL

Look I understand there is a coin shortage and all but the worker operating the register did not even bother letting me know she couldn’t give me my .98 cents. Am I supposed to act like that’s okay. So you just give YOURSELF a tip. She didn’t Evan ask if I could donate it to charity, or it I had two pennies. I know most people probably wouldn’t make a huge fuss about .98 cents, but it’s the principle in the matter. I’m owed .98 cents point blank period. And I’ll give the two cents. I’m just upset that she acted like nothing was wrong. Apparently I acted like nothing was wrong too because I didn’t realize I didn’t get my change back till I got back to work.
