Below par service. The cheeseburger was dry. No ketchup in the bag. Just one napkin. And most horrible of them all was the lemonade. I ordered a medium and got 3/4th of the cup full of ice. The photo shows the amount of ice after I finished the drink!!

Drive through only. What's the point of even going to Sonic anymore?! And that's not even the reason I'm giving one star. 10:30am, ordered two milkshakes. They got one wrong, fixed it, but the overall quality of these milkshakes sucked. Watery, plus gross whipped cream. Really upset I spent $10 on these things.

The burgers dry and lettuce tasted like it came out of a plastic bag, the burgers fell apart as if they had set for a very long time. The batter on the onion rings tasted like a dry donut. The only good thing was the shakes weren't watery. It was a first and last time to eat at Sonic.

The food is always great but the customer service at the central point location is always horrible and disgusting. Seems like every time we go. Sometimes we will just go to dairy queen so we don't have to deal with the girls at sonic. But the food is always great, better then most.

The stalls were closed and everyone has to use the drive through. The were as also out of onion rings.
I managed a Sonic in the early 80's and we made our own from scratch. Does the closure of car hop service and no one making the scratch items mean they are extremely short handed? The hot dogs were tasty and well made by whatever staff they DO have. We had a chili cheese Coney and an all American dog. The buns were soft and steamed. I usually only go to Sonic for their foot long Coney, but this time I decided to have two 6 inch dogs instead of one foot long so I could sample both kinds.

Went through the drive through at 10:30am, there were no other customers there. I ordered the #4 with chili cheese tots. We received fries instead with no warning, my burger was slathered with bbq sauce instead of ketchup or mayo and my son's kids cheese burger had no cheese on it. Very dissapointed.

Food is okay...about what you would expect from a fast-food drive in. Customer service was not great but they did get my order correct which is appreciated.

Just did a quick stop for half priced shakes. They were good shakes. Fast service in the drive thru
