Buffalo Wild Wings

It was your typical Buffalo Wild wings. Decent atmosphere, great customer service, food was decent, prices were good. With going in on a Veterans Day it was still a good experience. We were seated quickly and the customer service servers despite having a long busy day, we're still delightful, respectful and entertaining.

Ordered an appetizer sampler. Apparently they were out of Onion Rings. Didn’t bother to tell me, just sub’d in fries instead. Asked if I could at least do potato wedges or something as my meal came with fries. No substitutes allowed. To top it off the fries were cold and soggy and the boneless wings were cold as well. Doubtful I’ll be back to this location.

Went to watch football and get lunch. Husband got a burger that was ok got bacon on it for an extra $2 which was one slice cut in half, no big deal. But I got wings-spicy garlic. It was just Buffalo sauce and I don’t like Buffalo so I asked the waiter if I could get a different flavor. Got Parmesan garlic- a little better tasting, still not great. Got our bill and the waiter didn’t comp the spicy garlic wings (I only ate one). I didn’t push the subject but We basically decided we’re not going back :( Picture of the uneaten wings There were also feathers left on one of the wings that kinda grossed me out.

I had just an absolutely terrible experience with pick up ordering. It's super bowl Sunday so I knew they were going to be busy. I online ordered at 1220pm for 400pm pick up. I then followed that up with a call to verify. Everything good. I got there 10 to 4. Walked up let the girl asked my name and she just stood there. I just stood there for 10 minutes. Nothing said. Nothing... no its gonna be 15 minutes or anything. I then found my own order on a shelf in the corner. Guess what they made it at 1230pm and let it sit there for hours. Manager had it remade for me. I sat down right in front of them waited another 45 minutes. I thought you know I'll check that shelve again. Guess what it had been sitting there for God knows how long and if you go by the order receipt 20 minutes. They would have let me sit there for hours. Check my profile.
