7-eleven

Filthy, neglected, and rude staff. How this 7-Eleven is still open is beyond me. I've been coming here for years as I work across the street, and I've seen the decline. They don't keep anything stocked (cups, lids, coffee creamer, you name it) and if you ask them, they're super rude about it. I wouldn't feed my dog the food that sits in the hot trays there. Also, if you want pizza, you won't find it here, they make it when they feel like it. Random items are just tossed on the shelf (by staff by the way) and nobody seems to care. I will be going elsewhere. At least the people at Circle K are nice and always have lids, I was once told by an employee here to just take the coffee without a lid because he didn't know where they were. I get covid has impacted the workplace and staffing, but it's literally not a problem at any of the other 7-Eleven's in the area, so that's no excuse.

I use to think this place was alright until today at least. This is when a gentleman walked in with his very young little girl and asked if she could use the restroom. The girl behind the counter straight up lied and said that the bathrooms were both out of service and not working. I said no they’re not I just recently used one of them and it was fine. She said oh yeah? No they are not… isn’t it against health code to have employees without a working restroom for them to use while they work an 8 hour shift Come on folks… stop being lazy and clean your restrooms this was a young child… really… that’s harsh to feel that okay with telling her no she may not use your restroom. Maybe it’s time to boycott 7-11 until they a open them No problem I I can do it it tomorrow if you you can pay me back if you you need me to

Worst experience ever to check out. clerk removed the number pad when I went to enter in my 711 rewards number. He didn't provide us a receipt when we asked for one or offer a bag which we were OK with paying for ! he didn't even inform us when our transaction was done and when our card had gone through. he stood there like he was daydreaming dreaming with his mask halfway off his face. We had many items, our arms were visibly full. but this guy fully checked out. we'll never come here again or at least not when hes around I think his name was Abdullah. The window cleaning tools were poorly maintained.

Went today and have to say the rudest employees. First a stood there for a few moments till the 2 workers finished their conversation and were troubled to acknowledge me. Then the items scanned at the wrong price, pointed out the tag on the shelf in multiple places this product was miss marked. She pulled the tag and said it was for a different item, you can’t see description on tag when on shelf. A little annoyed but fine, I put one of the two back and was going to get the other at the price she said. The second set of items rang up incorrect also, told her the price she double checked and put it in. Told her it was still the wrong amount, the whole time she was rude had attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid. At the end she said she wasn’t trying to be rude and she could ask me to just leave (for pointing out wrong pricing, not being nasty but honestly a little annoyed), I told her I could just leave too. She said okay and honestly I was happy to leave at that point. Even the other person at the counter when I was there was treated just as equally rude.

Horrible, Lying, Rude staff! They won't let you use the bathroom and they've designated one for Employees Only and still won't let you use it when in need of it. They're telling people that someone took the key home when you can see a key hanging there in plain sight. Needs better Management and Staff!!!

Just got done filling up my car for 60 dollars go in to use the restroom and this rude employee is standing near the restrooms to tell me “bathrooms aren’t open to the public.” I said “not even customers?” And he goes into the bathroom and shuts the door. Will not be giving this location my business any longer.
