Qdoba Mexican Eats

Our order tonight was a total disaster. Everyone is hurting for employees and this place isn’t an exception. It was chaos. We kept a good attitude and chose to laugh it off. But this place needs more workers and to retrain all the current employees. Unrelated, the chips burn our lips with how much salt there is on them. We always have to whack each chip on a plate to knock off as much salt as we can before we eat each one.

Last night we ordered food online at the Broadway location and when we got there to pick up and they were closed. They had even charged us for our meal. We drove to the Southglenn location and told them what happened and the manager was so nice and helpful. Thank you for helping us last night we really appreciate it!

The worst location, do not go here. I have found myself saying I’m never going to that location again millions of times. I walked into an empty store and it took someone 5 minutes to help me. Two people were standing at the front and slowly finished up what they were doing before I got helped. Then going through my order I noticed everything was all over the place. Quest in the soup, lettuce in the salsa and tortilla strips, beans in the rice and more. And then was asked if I needed anything else at check out and I said no. I said I had rewards to scan and he then said “I just asked you that”. So incredibly rude when giving a business your money. Do NOT use this location.
