This place needs a lot of work. Most of the supplies were empty the creamer machine was empty the coffee at best was lukewarm. I'm a true loyal Dunkin Donuts customer but this is a disgrace to what I'm used to. I spoke to the management there and they said yeah we know. It's just not the Dunkin Donuts that I know and am use too. Hopefully they'll see this review and work on it. :)

Arrived here at about 8oclock and they had a couple Boston creme donuts out, but didn’t have coffee or really anything breakfast sandwich ready. This is just off a major interstate (I-380) and would think the traffic would be continuous enough to have stuff stocked.

It's a Dunkin coffee bar, you can make your own iced and hot coffee. They had a good selection of syrups and flavors but only dairy milk and creamer. No almond, oat, or vegan milks.

The only thing it's missing is a way to blend them up! We love Dunkin and my little man had a blast making his own coffee and picking his own donut today!!

It's just a coffee bar and a donut stand it is not a full fledged Dunkin donuts they are not delivered fresh they are frozen in a box and baked .

I'm not going to take my frustration out on a business that is offering $15 hr to serve coffee but STILL has to close at 1pm because they don't have the staff to stay open. I've visited this dunkin a few times, food was quick and accurate served by a friendly staff.

I had a coupon that I was going to use and then I forgot to use it. I remembered it when I was giving her the money to pay. She said “I can’t go back”. Which you would assume they would be able to for mistakes that a customer or a worker did. But she said she could not go back and fix it and it was too late even when my drink was not made yet. I also assumed that this coupon worked with what I was getting. She said it did not work when she did not even look at the coupon. She lacked customer service and was not pleasant.
