Wendy's

Unfortunately the service was slow. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and it took us almost 20 mins sitting there waiting. It may have been a few customers with bigger orders but when we pulled up to the window the employees were nice for the most part but they definitely forgot to give us a few things we had asked for like salt and ketchup which happens just about every time we have been there. It was good though, not sloppy and thrown together which almost made the wait completely worth it. It was also hot and fresh.

I'm putting one star but it doesn't even deserve one star. I went in tonight with my kids to get them something quick before a 30 minute drive home, I ordered at 6:39 just a simple order 1 cheese burger 1 double stack 6 piece nuggets and 2 small fries it was almost 7 pm and still nothing 7 ppl working and they seemed lost,fooling around talking and I said listen what is taking so long, they said I don't know 😕 at that point I said I want my money back please, the supervisor there threw the buns on the table and got all ghetto on me, said she couldn't give me a refund and talk to me so disrespectful, I was so embarrassed my kids were traumatized I was so polite and just said I waited enough I just Want my money back, worst experience ever I will never go back their again, so disappointed 😞

Sucked the line at the drive through was so long, but when you close down the eat in part, you'll have that. Alot of cars just left the line, but not me. I braved the 20 minutes sitting there so my wife could find the much needed relief that only a large chocolate frosty could provide. Groggy, numb cheek and tongue, slobbering with gauze hanging from her mouth couldn't stop her from muttering Wendy's frosty, through the sedation fog still lingering in her brain. Thank you for making our afternoon brighter....and cooler!
