Hardee's

First, days they open at 6am, no one answered the window until 6:10am. Second, customer service and politeness out the window…”we are not open and you can’t sit here!” Oh really? Third, So after sitting for 5 minutes waiting on the speaker, I finally pulled around, waited another 5 to be told by 2 people they were not open yet, it would be 10 more minutes and please leave until we open… They are short staffed! They are rude! They had food laying in the drive through so I had swing into wife to talk at the window; they have tip jar Only reason I go there is because it’s cheap and close…today I went to McDonald’s! Do better Hardee’s and pay your employees a better wage so you actually get quality workers instead of what I dealt with today! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR…

I went in with 2 other people after driving almost 12 hours on the way back from vacation. Their chicken tenders and primal sandwich was good, but my chicken sandwich was black and Grey looking from the amount of breading and the overdue cook time. The shift lead? ( im assuming their role) was nothing but rude. No greeting, no thank you, not even letting us know when our food was done. I completely understand the times we are in right now and how frustrating being short staffed is, but it was uncalled for. Not only that but he was constantly complaining about his job while he was inside and left people waiting to order while he went to have a smoke break. Don't waste your time.

Put ice in drink when asked for no ice and Lippy Customer service after being told that they forgot something for a meal and being told that "We didn't order a meal, you ordered just onion rings." Than he looked at the screen and saw we did have a meal and gave no proper apology after handing us the item. Kudos to the prep cook for getting the sandwiches right.

Litterally the worst experience of my whole life involving fast food! Worst customer service! Didn't even get order right. Got straight up lied to about the bacon! Oo and to top it off 2 sandwiches took over 25Mins & this location wasn't even busy!!! I highly would NOT recommend!!! Highly DISAPPOINTED!
