Little Caesars

This place has improved significantly after new management took over. The place looks way more put together and clean. Abby, the manager, is constantly polite, even when customers are rude. I'm glad to see that the store is improving. One of the best 'Little Caesars' locations in town because of their great employees and customer service.

I normally order online, do portal pickup, so there's never problems with freshness and having it ready when I stop in. My last visit(on a Friday evening), I stopped in for hot-n-readys, but they only had pepperoni. I understand when they run out and need to make more, but half way thru my cheese pizza cooking, someone else came in for one and they had to start it for her. They should have thrown at least two in when they made mine. This just showed me they didn't just run out, they do not plan for hot-n-ready. To top of the frustration, if I knew I had to order and wait, I would have ordered online so I could get the free 2-liter. I strongly suggest to always order ahead of time at this location and don't count on hot-n-ready. Location was 3404 Mt Vernon Rd SE, Cedar Rapids, IA

I waited about 10 minutes before they even took my order and there wasn't even a line, just two people waiting for their pizzas. I finally ordered my pizzas and it took at least 45 min total before I had pizzas and was out the door. It appeared the problem was a new guy prepping the pizzas and the girl running the rest was very disorganized. Be prepared for a very long wait if you go here.

I ordered pizza and was charged for it even after I canceled it because it was 45 minutes later than what it was supposed to be delivered. I called stoup re and told them I no longer wanted it that late. They charged me anyways. Do not buy from this place. I am 5 minutes away and would have picked up if I would have been able to get a hold of their 3rd party delivery bs.

I walked in to a staff of two working through a crowd of people, evidently they were short handed that night. Nevertheless the handled it very well, efficiently taking orders and prioritizing them. Within about 10 minutes the crowd and my orders were fulfilled. The cashier was friendly and courteous, and the store was well maintained. Plus the supreme and sausage pizzas, as well as the crazy bread, were delicious! I'll definitely return.

Placed order tonight. Incomplete. Doordash went back again. Still didn’t get the order. Manager Taylor told me not her problem. Wouldn’t refund me. Gave me a bogus number to report to corporate. Breadsticks are not made at all like the other ones in town. Always dry and no butter or Parmesan. Customer service terrible. Still owed a refund for the items we didn’t get including the taxes on those items and the amount of the tip Doordash refunded to the restaurant to go back on my card. Will be calling until I see at least 14.00 back in my card. Will never go back. Very poorly managed.
