Came here on a Saturday & got a rib plate with double Mac & Cheese & this is what I got, some dry Mac & Cheese. I also got a chopped beef sandwich and the buns were little like biscuits, opposed to when I went on a Thursday morning the buns were nice & big. The food is good overall if you go on Thursday's as soon as they open because the rest of the week is downhill.

I ordered 5lbs for a family function around Christmas time. The meat was seasoned & cooked well but I asked for Lean meat with little to no fat. I called to explain issue and the person I was spoke with wasn’t very unprofessional and had every excuse even after sending pictures. I just hung the phone up and decided to never support the business again.

Good service, Great food! Their brisket is tender with a great bark. Fall off the bone ribs, pulled pork, peppered sausage, and smoked chicken are all top notch! Home cooking sides like greens, potato salad, and Mac and cheese perfectly compliment the superb selection of meats. Almost everything is covered in their dry rub which is mouthwatering and has a great tangy spicy sweet flavor.

On both plates,the dark meat chicken was beyond dry. like it was cooked days ago and sat in the warmer. The ribs had no meat on them. maybe total 2 of the rib bones on the plates combined had some meat. they should be ashamed to send anyone plates that look like that. You try to support b.o.b but they have to be consistent.

Well the two meat baked potato is Truly a blessing, I gave it only 4 stars because I have not had the ribs I'm sure they are good but for now.......Sauce was ok but you don't need it on the beef anyway. I am going back again for sure! Try them out it's as good as it gets in Cedar Hill. It can be a little hard to find because its in the back of a business complex but when you do, it's like a pot of gold at the end of the rain bow,You will thank me later!!
