Great Food & Drinks at Reasonable Price, food served hot & fresh, however bar area doesn’t have the best service unless your actually sitting at the bar. They don’t have a server in the bar, so you have to wait on the bartender for everything and he has certain customers he tend to and if your not a regular he gets to you when he feels like it. Unfortunately our table and another one saw that first hand, they defiantly need a server in the bar assisting the bartender especially on a Saturday night.

This particular Applebee's was terrible. From the moment we walked in we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working well and it was pretty hot and stuffy. And to add insult to injury our waitress was not wanting to do her job. We had to wait forever for tea and water refills and the food took a pretty long time to come out out. And the waitress serving the table next to ours was incredibly rude and kept her face in her phone when she wasn't being rude. She walked by spewing obscenities under her breath and what ever happened to being professional and dress codes for servers. The wait staff there dressed like they were at home and flaunted full tattoo sleeves and used a lot of foul language. And let's not forget the music. It was loud hip-hop and bass rattled things in the dinning room. Overall I'm highly disappointed with their lack of professionalism, lack of service and carelessness. And I wouldn't recommend this particular Applebee's to anyone. It was a terrible experience and I mostly blame. Management as in any field you'll only be as good as your supervisor.

Love the silverware to start with. Service was slow. Do to having only one server working. Wich i understood. Manager never stoped by my table to see if everything was fine.... it's not the first time. I don't get good service. With the same excuse. That they are short of staff... last time i was there it was a month ago. Got the same excuse. For getting my desert on a regular plate than a skillet. Where it's usually served.... and everytime i go i see less customers. Don't blame if they don't go back for the same issues.

Usually this is my favorite location however today restaurant virtually empty and yet spent 10 min waiting to be seated. Decided to self seat in the bar area where I encountered the manager of which showed zero acknowledgment. My party and I sat another 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. Again the restaurant was Empty. This particular manager is not very welcoming at all. She acts as if she would rather the restaurant stay empty. This location has increased in the lack of services since the last manager (Tracey left. If I go back it will definitely be another location. Manager is not worth the further effort and I am paying as well.

Had a great experience. After a horrible experience all evening finding a place for our family after daughter's basketball game. We walked in they said it with a 20 minute wait. They seated us very good customer service. Let us know they were short staffed and they still took care of us . Had a great experience was there Sunday evening with our family of 6. Forgot our waiter name but he was dark-skinned gentleman and very pleasant. We were at the table across from the bar but diagonal from the hostess station.

The food was pretty typical for an American chain. What killed me for this location was the service. The server couldn’t remember anything, took her notes on her hand and then couldn’t read them so she’d have to come back and check it. She’d forget to refill our drinks. The manager stood by our booth so he could watch a basketball game. When he wasn’t on the floor he was kickin’ it with other non-busy servers towards the back. Background music was meh. And after all this, they were all too quick to bring the check. Would not recommend.
