Stanton Cafe

This cafe is becoming my regular lunch place. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Our table got cleaned and the floor swept. I had the Stanton Pie ( chicken snd leek) that came with salad and chips. We also ordered the kids fish and chips meal. The beef burger is value for money and tastes better then other places we’ve been. Thank you Stanton.

2022 update: They have improved even further. Coffee is super nice, burger is great. Fries are done properly. Still highly recommended. ——- First off, the coffee here is very good. Make sure you don’t miss it when you are here. The dessert we ordered, mixed berry flan, tastes very good. I am very picky on my fruit flan and they passed it with flying colours. The waitress who looked after us are very very courteous and caring. She follow up with our orders and requests promptly and quickly. We are very impressed with the location as well. If you managed to sit behind the cafe, it is a nice area seemed like you are no longer in a busy shopping centre. This place is very nice and highly recommended.

Don't recommend $9.50 for take away chips. Are they gold or something, geezus for the price is disgraceful and they are so oily an all I can taste is old oil an batter!?! Chips that have more batter than potato, no offence see picture 2 below Aioli was probably the only good thing. At least if you want to charge that price at least have standard decent food to match the price. Latest visit on 27/01/22 Great customer service, very switched on. Coffee and food were great (if Greta quality) as always. The baked daily banana bread stole the show! Old: Had a pleasant experience here where I had nice coffee and brunch under natural sunlight. Thr eggs benny with ham was so good. The bacon in the brekki burger was also impressive and crispy. They have great and attentive customer services.
