Hardee's

This place is horrible. Completely messed up my order. My burger was a mess and the pattys were burnt, my fries were cold to even eat and very dry and some were even burnt, my drink was flat and my straw was broken. Called asking for a refund and the person who answered the phone was completely rude. Worst experience ever. If you want fast food I recommend Dairy Queen or McDonald’s. Horrible service ever.

I almost never go to Hardee's. I did this time because I had a coupon. Anyway, within my order was a small fries and a drink with lite ice. I didn't get lite ice but over half of my cup. Instead, my fries were lite (see pic) and barely warm. When I received the drink, I had to hold it out of my window and use my own napkin to wipe the soda off so it didn't drip in my truck. The Big Hardee was good, but I didn't enjoy the meal overall.

Got ignored. The lady at the counter was just loudly telling stories in the back. Took 10 minutes to get a vanilla milkshake which they "ran out of milkshake cups for", so they gave me a kids cup. Over $4 for a 3 inch cup of vanilla milkshake. When I asked her for the regular drink cup like my brother had just gotten before me, she told me the cup I had was fine and that's all they could do. Totally rude and a complete waste of time and money. The young man who was cleaning the entire dining area by himself was really kind and clearly working very hard. The one star is for the service and the ladies at the counter.

Would not recommend. The floors are super sticky. The worker Andrew was sitting on the counter where the food comes forward from the kitchen. The entry way smelled bad. The bathroom floor was sticky. The fries are barely half full. The chicken tenders taste old. The only positive things I can say are they gave me 6 tenders instead of 5, and at least the burgers were fully cooked.
