Daylight Donuts

Every time I have tried to go get doughnuts they never have any good ones. I like the glazed rounds. They are always out. I have gone early and later and they are always out. Was told by one employee that they were told to sell people the more expensive ones because they did not want to make more of what people wanted. The lady who makes the product told me that i would have to get there earlier if i wanted the regular kind. It must be nice to be independently wealthy to not care about what your customers actually want. Will not go back and will tell as many people as I can not to go there.

The doughnuts may be "warm, convenient and delicious" but the hospitality was lacking. Which made the doughnuts seem flavorless and dull.... Remember, your customers are the ones who help provide your paycheck. The hospitality industry is about the customer. If you have an off morning, fine.... Do not take it out on the consumer. That might actually be "bad for business"....

Today I know it was 11 am when I walked into the Daylight Donut store on 2nd and McKinley street in Casper Wyoming. They had one tray of danish and cake donuts and foolishly I purchased 3 danises. I was charged $7.88 for those 3 dry and day old tasting danish and if I don't get a refund when I take them back tomorrow, I will NEVER buy a daylight donut again AND I will make a huge effort to let as many people as ican, know about it.
