Mcdonald's

I placed an online order and was unable to get it picked up. Called the location and wished I hadn't. The "customer service" person kept repeating the same thing over and over, and would not accept she was wrong. I gave her the order code, and she again repeated that she was unable to help me. All im saying is, DONT offer a service you cant provide, nor know how to use.

Every time I buy fries from there or a happy meal for my grandchildren the fries are Ridiculous salty and I call and the person who answered the phone tell me that it’s a potion size amount of salt they put on fries really I have been to a lot of McDonald’s and never had a problem with over salty fries that you can’t eat because they are to salty so if they to salty for me why would I give that mess or feed it to a child it’s a dawn shame that they can’t put a dab a of salt they have to use the whole dawn bottle that’s bad.
