Service tonight (Feb 10) at this Subway store was well below the standard I have come to expect from other outlets. When I arrived, the one other customer was being checked out at the cash register. Another employee was preparing bread to be cooked and he completely ignored me. The girl at the cash finished with her customer and then she went to work restocking the lettuce bin. Neither employee acknowledged the fact that I was standing there waiting. I was about the leave when the fellow finished preparing 4 pans of bread and mumbled something in my direction. I complained that it was about time and he said he was busy making bread! When I continued to express my displeasure, he invited me to leave if I wanted to, so I did. As I was leaving I heard them both laughing. I realize it is difficult to find employees in the food service industry these days, but these 2 are not just incompetent, they're causing harm to their employer's business. I won't be back to that store. Those employees need to be fired.

make a purchase today about 3 40 pm. I bought two subways and I was with my daughter and I would decide to eat in the place. we sat at a table. An employee spoke to me from the counter and told me to eat outside. for her to come out because she was going to do cleaning. you can't really eat there. I also add that previously he made fun of me for my bad pronunciation of English. and of the girl who was attending me because of her good Spanish. I believe that staff should be guided in terms of good and respectful treatment. and update the hours in which they are actually operational

Its one of the worst subways to buy a sandwich from. Specially their service is horrible and the food tastes stale. It used to be a good location until a few months ago. I started to see new staff recently and their service is horrible as hell. I am not sure if they even know how to make a sandwich from what I have seen. The look on their face when a customer enters the store makes me want to get out of that place right away. Never going there again. Visited a few times already before writing this review. Even though this is the closet subway for me I prefer driving another 10min for a better sandwich and customer experience.

Worst Subway to buy sandwich from. Horrible service & poor taste.

 Being a vegetarian I requested the staff to change the hand gloves and she started being rude as if we were inconveniencing her. She just threw veggies on the sandwich.

 Didn't even rapped the sandwich correctly. Worst Service ever had, wont repeat this place. Zero rating from my side...

Frustrated...store hours posted state store closes at 9pm...tonight at 8pm there was a handmade sign that said closed at 730pm and workers still inside. I have observed this multiple nights over the past few months as i arrive around 8ish to grab a sandwich...is management/owner aware of this? I come for lunch during the week and have not had issues with the staff or the food.

The women who work there provide some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every customer in there was treated as if we were inconveniencing them and they were vocally talking about the “stupid people who call in their order”. Ladies, we can hear you. They all should be fired. Will never “inconvenience” them again!

When I was going through the line I was thinking that the vegetable section is where you order your salad. I had never asked for one but this time I was shopping for someone else. When I mentioned a salad I got reprimanded by one of the older ladies. She said, "Nextime you tell me at the front that you want a salad. Instead of waiting till checkout." Even though I wasn't even at the register yet. I was waiting on my last sadwhich. I feel that if she said it a different way it wouldn't bother me as much. I do understand in a way but at the same time I thought that since she was covering the bread and starting the sandwiches that it would be further down the line that I should ask. Like by the vegetables. I felt like I was being scolded and it didn't feel nice. I was just trying to go down the line and not hold up the family waiting behind me. Also, the same lady was was coming off rude after she scolded me she proceeded to rush the family that was waiting after me. She was speaking to her husband and instead of waiting till she turned to her, she kept trying to talk/half yell over them and the way she said it seemed like she was on the verge of yelling any second. I love subaway but I'd rather go to another store.
