terrible service, really outrageous, I ordered a happy meal Burger extra meat without onion, no pickle and a coffee, the hamburger had no cheese and the coffee was just hot water with a slight brown color, my son went to ask for cheese for his burger and they made him a new one the lady who made it practically threw it on the table and the lady who delivered it ordered me the first burger in the back i had to take out the meat i had paid extra at the delivery counter, the new burger had no extra meat and had all the ingredients that my son doesn't eat, they really have time to be laughing and talking to each other and not to give good service to their customers, No matter how busy a restaurant is, you should always give your best, if not, you are not prepared to work under pressure, doing things quickly and badly does not mean you are good.

Drive thru and ordered 2 McChicken, nuggets, and fries, and bbq sauce. And what happened is that I came home and there were only nuggets and fries but nothing else in the bag!!! Or do I need to check my bag every freaking time????? And this is not the first time but it happened many timessssss!!! PAY ATTENTION ON YOUR JOB!!!!!

The young lady working drivethrough tonight should be fired for treating paying patrons that way. Disgusting display of customer service. I will never be back. I can't believe any business would have someone like that working with the public. We just spent 25.00 to be treated like trash. I will never spend my money there again. N.W. Maynard Rd. Not sure what the problem with this location, but LITERALLY every time I go there, the order is wrong.Ask for no ketchup on your burger, forget it...you're getting extra ketchup. No mustard...have an extra helping. No pickles...here's a jar. Want bacon on your burger...sure, pay for it, but when you get it home, there's no bacon. Pathetic. C'mon guys...it's fast food. It can't be that hard. I won't try again with this location.

Friendly staff! great customer service skills! Fast 💨 service! Short wait lines! Didn’t order any food so I wouldn’t know how their food 🥘 taste I did order two delicious McCafé drinks my ice coffee was made just right with just enough caramel / coffee ☕️ / ice 🧊 Caramel Mocha was also delicious 🤤 with just enough whip cream I’ll definitely be returning for more drinks good job 👍🏽 McDonald’s keep up the good work 🤗🤗🤗
