Papa Johns

They called me to tell me they were out of stuffed crust for both of my pizzas (I spent $50) and when I asked for cheese sticks due to them no having it, they said no and asked me if I wanted to cancel. Then when my pizzas arrived, I opened a box to 3/8 slices missing cheese, sauce, and toppings. What crazy is, I ordered a pizza from them two days ago and they called me and tried to convince me to cancel my order due to being backed up. I'm seeing a trend with this location that I'm not happy about. I usually look at Papa John's as the highest quality pizza place but this location has ruined that. I guess I need to go back to ordering from Pizza Hut.

Very professional people. Loved this place, though my order was delayed, they were very nice and professional, and brought pizza to my car. As usual, the pizza and other food tasted so good. They are super busy, but preparing food very fast and tasty. Order food over call or online, though they take order at store, I suggest you to order in advance. Come on guys, you are all very professional, and very good in dealing with customers. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to come back for my next pizza!!!

Ordered a papadilla as a carry out order and when I arrived it wasn’t ready yet which was cool I was early..I stood in the store to wait on it and when done they literally had the nerve to give it to me burnt to a crisp..I couldn’t even eat it..like how rude? I know they wouldn’t eat something that burnt so why serve it to someone like that

Worst pizza experience. I had ordered near closing time(which I understand is a bit annoying for the employees), but was expecting to tip a lot to compensate for the inconvenience. When I had received my pizza, I opened up the box only to unveil my pizza with many largely burnt spots and a strong burnt odor to the slices. I took a bite from a slice and spit it back out immediately as burned cheese and crust overwhelmingly overpowered the taste of the actual pizza. My friends who didn’t want to waste the money paid for the pizza attempted to eat slices by ripping off the burnt parts, but could not finish since so much of the pizza was burnt. It was so burnt to the point of it being completely intentional and petty as they could have remade the pizza since a simple look and smell of the pizza should tell the maker that it was not safe to eat. I had attempted to get into contact on the website, but have still not heard back at all about this issue. I hope this behavior gets corrected, and doesn’t waste anyone else’s time and money ordering from this location.
