Enthusiastic staff with great food. Price is fair. Food comes default with a variety of materials such as guacamole and sour cream; ordering is often subtractive where you choose what to omit. Makes ordering quick and straightforward. Very nice hot sauce bar with a variety of sauces on a small rotation. These are real sauces and not just variations of diced tomatoes like other Tex-Mex places.

Awesome awesome awesome! Fancy was our customer service rep and she was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The owner was there and he was personable and started conversation with us. This has definitely been my best experience at any Tijuana Flats. The Margarita was delicious and so was he food! Thanks Fancy and thank you Mr. Owner, you guys made our experience awesome!!

Come here for taco Tuesday sometimes. The tacos are always pretty good, but the chips are pretty average. This specific location isn't very good. I've had my order messed up multiple times. I think Tijuana flats, as a chain, should move to a more simplistic ordering system. The process of ordering, especially with a group of people, is a lot longer than it should be. I think it would be beneficial to move to a system where the customer can click, on a screen, what toppings they want and so on. Would streamline the ordering process a lot. I gave this location 3 stars primarily because I usually have my order messed up at least once every time I come here.

My family and I visited this Tijuana Flats location and were absolutely floored by the staff and the food. Oddly, this place was empty...dead inside at 5pm on a Saturday, but that didn't stop the staff from being very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Their tostados, and flautas are amazing, as is their great hot sauce selection and margaritas. Pro-tip, if you're into spicier things, ask the staff to try their behind the counter options!

My family loves going to Tijuana Flats. It can be a bit pricey if you load up on drinks and don't pay attention to what you're ordering. And chips are not necessarily included, depending on what you order. For instance, the flautas which, come with queso, guac, sour cream, etc., do NOT come with chips. We never have enough of the flautas to get through even half of the queso. That's not a ding on this location though, that's a general TF thing. This location in particular is clean, the people are VERY friendly and service-oriented and the food comes out fast and cooked well. In fact, they execute everything very well. There is never a wait which is both good and bad (thus the 4 vs 5 stars). It doesn't quite have the same atmosphere of some of the other locations. Because it seems so empty every time we go in (and we've been weekly or bi-weekly customers since they opened) it's kind of awkward being one of the only families eating in there and we rush to eat. So often, we'll take our food outside. But because of the orientation of the restaurant, the sun bears down hard on anyone sitting outside (so we rush to eat outside as well). An awning would make it much nicer. Anyway, great people, great food, but a so-so dining experience.
