Pizza Hut

I ended up just telling the lady over the phone to forget my order after having to repeat my phone number 4 times. Once she FINALLY got that correct, I then went on to tell her my order and she couldn't get my pizza order correct after having to repeat the order 3 times. The last time I ordered pizza from this place it tasted like it was 2 days old and had been heated up. I will no longer be going to the Pizza Hut in Carthage anymore.

Wonderful service! I can't wait to get home XD and staff was very patient and bubbly with me on the phone lol and while maps made it stressful and j worried I wasnt gonna make it before closing time I eventually made it, one waitress helped me find the entrance and gosh such nice ppl and I even recieved a courtesy call! They were gonna just give me a heads up they're closing soon and I noticed themwtting a family dining in finish their meal in peace and not just rushing them out because its closing time so awesome service, immaculate just the finest of dining 😤😤😤

So where do I begin? I called Pizza Hut up last minute , I'm guessing and a warm and friendly voice greets me and tells me that her names,"Lily" and they're open and seating in the dining room til' 10 pm. Great! We'll see you in a few, she says. As soon as we walk int he door, Lily greets us and we all instantly make jokes and kind-hearted humor, and what would ya know!? Lily is sharp, witty and responds back with just as brilliant wit and a smile you could see through her face-mask! We are visiting our old home of Carthage NY after some 20+ years and most residents aren't that friendly, but this young Lady is everything you want in a Customer Service Rep! Sure she's a Hostess and Server, but let's be real. She went above and beyond in that endeavor and then some! Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and the list goes on. What could have been another hum-drum experience back-home had us leaving the restaurant with smiles, laughter, and we all wanted to find this Store and leave a positive comment. Well Done Lilly and also tot he Staff, the food was great as well....We appreciated the young lady that prepared all of our food coming tot he front of the store and tanking us for paying her a compliment. I dont know what the rest of Americas Pizza-Huts are doing, but between Lilly and her fellow staff members, Pizza Hut needs to seek them out and use their staff for future Customer Service Training! Thanks again , Lily. You were great!

The young man that was waiting on us the day we were there with a party of six, was the most efficient young man . he brought all of us our orders never mixed anything up told us about a special where that we could share more of that food we were ordering. He came back check to see if we needed other things. Obviously due to the excellent service we gave him a big tip. I would highly recommend Pizza hut and do to all of my friends. I wished I had got the young man's name
