The cleanest, most well run McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my 51 years. A new guy was behind the register doing a great job while being trained, the manager was making sure everything was done properly, the food was hot and tasty. I simply cannot day enough good things about this place. Other McDonalds should come here and take notes, especially ours in Mississippi!! Bravo🎉🎉

We went through the drive thru to order. There was one vehicle in front of us. We ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and a double meat combo. We paid for it at the window and moved to the pick up window. They gave us our drinks and we waited. We were told to pull up so the vehicle behind us could move up. We pulled up and waited...and waited....the car behind us got their order and left. We waited....the next vehicle behind us just pulled off with their order! We waited...there goes the 3rd vehicle with their order! By now we have been waiting 20 minutes. Gene got out of the truck and went inside. I don't know the whole conversation but what it boiled down to is that our food hadn't even been started. Gene wanted the money back. The manager asked him well what about the drinks? Gene said why do you want them back after all the time we've been waiting? She just handed him the money and Gene walked out. Gene said it looked like to him that the manager couldn't control her employees. No one was doing anything. What made it so bad is that when we pulled in McDonald's we were the second vehicle. They weren't even busy! And to top it off their milkshake machine was broke. AGAIN! I believe they say it's broke so they don't have to make them or clean the machine. Corporate ought to check the Z tapes and see the numbers on the milkshakes. I bet they are below their normal sales.

Took 45 minutes to get a coffee because the car in front of me chose to talk to her friends (the employees) for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window my coffee was wrong and believe me it was a simple order. The people working drive through are rude and sound like they want to die. Customer service is awful

I loved using the "deals" in the apps on mobile drive through orders - but I haven't been back to the Carthage store because when I use the mobile number given and go through the drive through, they never follow through with giving me points for my mobile account. I am on a fixed income and it was helping me with saving money at the other town's surrounding that I visit. But in my hometown store the people don't care enough about processing the points for me to be able to get the deals. It is very disheartening to pay money to try to use the app deals like a "coupon" and my money doesn't count within the point system on the app. Very unfair practices at this McDonald's.

This McDonald's sucks, the customer service is horrible, the people there are super rude, they almost always get your order wrong, and you can't even get them to correct it because they down right ignore you. When they do answer its alway rude.The foods fine but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, if you want to get your order and go quickly think again your going to be sitting there for 20 minutes straight, especially in the drive through.

We visit this one pretty much daily and our observations over last 12 years....Soda machine not working today, dine in ice works half the time, soda always has a mixed fruity taste, tables always dirty unless miss Regina is working, dine in closed on Sunday mornings due to short staff, they just raised drink prices, no senior discount, some employees nice others Not so much!

Looks like it’s been a minute since anyone gave them a review so ig I’ll leave one. Lol well March 28th a worker decided to throw drinks at the car, management did absolutely NOTHING about it. And I don’t think they ever will and that’s okay 😘 MANAGEMENTS attitudes are TERRIBLE, service is TERRIBLE. On certain days, I can tell who’s there and who’s not because they can’t even get an order as simple as no ice correct. And I’ll just leave it at that. -10/10 WOULDN’T RECOMMEND‼️

Tried to order 3 times I was ask to re say my order. Then got to the window and the guy said we would have to do it on the mobile app. Seemed a bit rude to me. Especially the girl over speaker. It's okay there are plenty if other places to get a hamburger. Sonic was so nice!!
