Don't Waste Your Time Or Money. The Hostess Was Very Rude. Our Waitress Was Nice. SLOW Service. And They Weren't Even Busy! And It Gets Better (NOT) When The Food Arrived. I Complained That The Hot Wings Were So Bad That My Son Couldn't Eat Them. And The Manager Said All The Clumps Of Cheyenne Pepper Is How They Do Their Hot Wings. The Manager Did Remove The Wings From My Tab.

My server Noel was absolutely amazing, she was very good at her job. She was friendly and very kind to make mine and my family's experience here amazing. I will definitely recommend this location and Noel to others looking for a good meal with good service. So if you want a server who will check up on you often, then she is the one

We love this place! It’s the only restaurant you’ll find open on a late night, after working long hours and you don’t feel like cooking.. we eat here about once a week, not gonna lie! The staff is always friendly and quick to take our order. Ethan is one of the best waiters we’ve ever had, he will definitely take care of you! The food has always been good, they are short staffed but so is every other place right now. We appreciate all their effort!!

The hostess said it would be a 15 minute wait even though it was half empty, "Because they just seated a large party." So we sat at the bar. The bartender was fine, food came out in a reasonable time and the Cajun chicken and shrimp was pretty good. Just that there were 6 to 10 people waiting to be seated the whole time we were there.

My family and I arrived before a small rush, yet every other table had their orders taken while we were left overlooked and ignored. After waiting for any waitresses to come back on the floor after delivering the other table orders to the kitchen, we got up and left. No one spoke or said a word to us, except for the young man who greeted and seated us. We spent 20 minutes without any drink or food when we were ready to order in less than 5. No acknowledgement from the wait staff at all. Went to a different restaurant and we were immediately seated, orders taken, and drinks delivered, within 5 minutes of arriving. After receiving such terrible service at this Applebee's, we won't be coming back.

So I ordered the ques-burger on the app. Once I got home and sat down to eat, I bite into it and the attached photo is what comes out after a couple bites. I'm pretty sure it was parchment paper. after gagging a little I composed myself and called the store. the manager, he never stated his name, said I could get another in 20 minutes. I dragged myself back out to get there and called to say I made it. the manager brings the food out and asks if I had the first one they gave me for "teaching purposes". I already threw it away but I had taken the picture and tried to show him but he wasn't interested. I looked the food over quickly and left. get home and sit down to eat: the entire bottom of the burger is soaking in oil. it's so oily that I could only take a few bites and I had to stop. never again, Applebee's. this was a waste of time and money.
