Get salad with double tuna. The lady put me 2 scoops of tuna. When I tell her it should be 4 scoops she answered that double means 2 and i tried to cheat and request something I haven’t payed for!!! Am I idiot? Look photos... size???:)

Well.... All I wanted was a steak and cheese sub... But I couldn't add anything to it. No lettuce. Just pickles and mayonnaise.. This is the first time in all my years of eating subway that I was told they couldn't add what I wanted on the sandwich. Slightly disappointed

I went to this Subway today and I was told they would not take any coupons because they were a truck stop. So in essence they're stealing from truckers for absolutely no good reason during this time of our country's greatest need of truckers. I say boycott this store.

Worst Subway we have ever ate at. We were traveling and this happened to be the exit we decided to buy gas at. While my sandwich was being prepared, I pulled some coupons out to check if I had anything of value (they were expired anyway). The person behind the counter must have seen what I had and immediately said "We don't take coupons here" in a slightly rude tone. On top of that... No provolone cheese, no vinaigrette, and no soda fountain, we had to use the fountain in the Loves Truckstop and that's a separate review.

I bought a sandwich about 2:00 am and the lady that works around that time made my sandwich nice and hearty I had to keep reminding her what I wanted I had to tell her 4 times I wanted oil and vinegar I also was making conversation with her and she admitted to me she has been up for 8 days....I guess on meth...i could tell she was on something she was doing her job but messing sandwiches up and a little scatter brained get her some rehab :-)

This place shredded the little strands of faith I had in gas station subways forever. . . Nothing says have a fantastic twenty hour drive to Florida and back like food poisoning, try it sometime. You might be thinking "But steveeee, how do you know it was suuuubway? Every one trusts Suuuubway. How could Honey oat goodness lie to any one?" and I just might reply with. . . <SHUT your face MOUTH breather!!> and yes I can read your thoughts as you read this but that's besides the point. Unless the gummy worms and coffee I also consumed at this point in my travels made a volitile mixture in my body that made me spew out all of my stomach contents from all orafices, then I would have to blame it on the suspicious spinach, the mistrustful pickles and iffy onions! Why yes I accuse you travel stop subway or should I say pervayer of shady sandwiches!!! I gave you a 2 instead of a 1 and a strong curse because of the excellent customer service. The two employees were very polite and pleasant.

It really frustrates me when I order a sandwich from Subway and they get it started, get it all warm and toasty then abandon it because someone else steps in line behind me. It sat on the counter getting cold. It became my turn again and I asked for it to be warmed up again. After it came out it was again abandoned and allowed to get cold! While they continued to work through the customers, I became frustrated and sat down to wait until there was no one in line.
I asked them to toss the sandwich and start from scratch. Again, someone came behind me and she leaves my sandwich on the counter while she worked on the customer's sandwich who was behind me in line. I was willing to overlook that when she puts Mayonnaise on it when all I asked for was Sweet Onion. I protested the Mayo and was told that I did say that I wanted Mayo.
At this point I had two failed sandwiches and to top it off I was being argued with and basically called a liar. I told them to throw the sandwich in the garbage with the other one and I attempted to pay for both of them.
Again I was argued with. they would not allow me to pay for them. I asked for a manager. The girl behind the counter says she is the manager. I call her on it and asked for the guy who just went in the back who I knew to be someone other than a sandwich artist (he had the store keys on his belt).
Of all the people I dealt with he at least decided it was not in his best interest to keep arguing with me and finally allowed me to pay for the two failed sandwiches. Kudos to him.
If I had allowed the store to take the loss I don't feel my complaint would be taken as seriously. Therefore, I made it a point to pay for both failures. I want you to know how frustrating this issue is for me.
