I had been driving for a while, so I stopped to get some dinner and go to the bathroom. I walked in because, well it is a restaurant with open doors. I went the the bathroo. which was pretty dirty. Then I went to order and the brunette manager yelled at the poor girl taking my order for "letting me in" then she glared at me in a very nasty way. Then, not only was my order wrong, but it was cold. The burger tasted like it was cooked hours ago. I couldn't even eat it. Worst Wendy's I have EVER been to.

Service was slow, which I would have been fine with if the quality of food was acceptable. Fries were cold, saltless, and tasteless. Spicy nuggets were small and hard as if they'd been dehydrated. Baconator meat wasn't tender or juicy as I'd typically expect from a Wendy's burger.
I understand sometimes shortcomings occur, but having every aspect of my meal fall short of my expectations was disappointing to say the least.

Had a long wait at the speaker then when we got our food and pulled off to check it it was missing our chicken nuggets. I went back in and they did fix it for me it took about 3 minutes no one noticed me and asked what was wrong I had to stop the gentleman handing out the food for dine in. I was very unhappy about the experience we will try them again and will decide to go back after that.

I hit the drive through to ask what their vegan options were, and they have none. Nothing vegetarian either. After all the hype and promoting of their black bean burger, they dropped it entirely.

The people working the drive thru literally just turned the lights off after they got an order from the car infront of us. They werent supposed to close for 10 minutes, and there were more than 3 cars in line behind us. When we went to the window, they just looked at us crazy.

This location had the rudest lunch time employees. They yell and her give receipts and act ugly if you ask a question. The manager sets the tone and it's obvious.
