Chili's

Food wasn't hot, guacamole was bland, Southwestern egg roll tasted sour, sides and sauces that went with an entree were left off, cheesecake (that the person with the birthday was looking forward to) was so-so. Half the table got food 45 minutes before the rest of the table. The manager did come out with the late food, apologized, and took those entrees off the bill, which was nice. The late food was hot and tasted better than the stuff brought out first. Server was the only one working our half of the restaurant...She was doing her best and staying friendly the whole time. I won't go back though....More because of the sub par food than anything else.

Our food and service was good! BUT is was FREEZING inside!!! I walked by the thermostat on the way to the restroom, they have it set to 64°!!! I told the hostess and she told me she can't adjust it. 64° is ridiculous! Can't enjoy the place and food if im shivering uncontrollably!! I really just wanted to get up and leave but I was already there and food was on the way...

My sister and I had dinner and were kinda in a hurry I didn't check my bill very well before I paid. I received a copy via email later in the week I discovered a charge I had changed my mind on during the meal. I called the store the manager Ryan promptly refunded my money and was very kind about it.
