Pizza Hut

Just had the worst Pizza Hut in my life. This is my second time at this location. First time about 6 months ago, no issues. Picked my pizza up w/ in 10 mins of it being ready & the pepperonis had curled up & were crispy, barely any cheese on the pizza. I bought it expecting to eat the leftovers for lunch tomor but the way the pepperoni is already crisp, I can’t reheat this. I understand the goal is to keep the pizza’s hot but that “warmer” needs to be turned down. Some people get stuck in traffic or for whatever can’t get their pizza within 10 mins. That’s literally your grace period because any later, the “warmer” that the boxes sit in literally overcooks the pizza. I won’t be back.

I requested curbside delivery. I indicated I arrived as instructed in my email confirmation. No one brought our order to the car. After we waited 15 minutes, my husband walked in the store and picked it up. The order was ready. When we got home, the pizza not hot, it was luke warm and in some areas cold. Inadequate dipping sauce for breadsticks, should be one dipping sauce per 4, received 1sauce for 8 breadsticks.

Yesterday April 5, 2022 I wanted to order a thin crispy pizza he was the manager and said that it was 26 dollars I said is there any other pizza cheaper than that and then he said yes a classic pizza with 3 toppings for 12.90 him saying this I said ok add a drink ($2.50) and then he tells me it's 24 dollars I say no that's wrong then he says ok let me fix it and puts it at 21$ I said that doesn't add up and he looked nervous so I just took my money and left to shakeys be careful there scamming

Pizza Hut still to me better than Domino's but don't think I'm going to be visiting Pizza Hut too much anymore. Reason being that Pizza Hut charges you and charge call that actually kind of forgot what's it called but it's sort of like a tip but it's not a tip and that's besides the taxes. I looked that up which was on my receipt and the employer has an option what I read, to share that with his employees or her employees or if not they keep it to themselves as in just get richer. I did ask an employer if they share that with them and they said nope. So with the taxes which was close to $3 and now this new fee that Pizza Hut charges it was another close to $3 You're basically are not getting no special deal if you think that you are getting a deal
