Hardee's

Im giving it 1 star because 1/2 star is not an option. I ordered a biscuit and gravy and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon. I opened the container and only had a cup of gravy. No biscuit. The bacon egg cheese biscuit with extra bacon had two pieces of bacon on it. Almost seems intentional. I know better. This is my fault for actually thinking I would get what I ordered.

We went to this location 06/18/2022. The service was very poor and the employees were rude. After receiving our order we found that they left out the eggs from our meals. Did they run out? Don't know... They will not get my business nor anyone I talk to again. Don't care if you say you will"fix" it. I won't be back EVER!!!!

Multiple times I go to the drive through around 5:15am and they are not open. Opening hours are supposed to be 5am. When I have asked them about it I am told, "we are supposed to open at 5am but if we are not ready to open, then sometimes it is later". This is not good business. You should open when you say you open and if you don't have enough time to open when you are supposed to then Here is a thought! GET IN A LITTLE EARLIER!!!

Went inside to eat, that was mistake number 1. Mistake number 2 was ordering food. Mistake number 3 was paying for food. Mistake number 4 was eating the food. Should have left before we ordered but we didn't notice how messy the place was until we already ordered. Where to begin: waited over 15 minutes for food, we didn't do special order or anything, just two number 7 meals and yet the wait was too long. We got our food and they didn't have ketchup for the onion rings, and the ketchup dispenser didn't have little cups and the server told us to use a drink lid, we tried that and the ketchup was extremely watery. The whole place was a mess and many customers were complaining. Someone needs to call the health department.

Everytime i come here. I sit in the drivethrough for at least 20 minutes and most times that food is wrong. Today around 7 i went through the drivethrough because the inside was closed apparently and sat for almost 40 minutes with me and 2 trucks behind me for them to get 2 sandwiches wrong. Unacceptable
