Mcdonald's

Pros and cons. I went there early evening to get something to eat. They were very busy. They must have a big group come in, full of teenagers. Pro, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Despite the long line, the crew got the orders out as quickly as possible. Con, when they call out your order, please speak a touch louder. Pro, you can track the progress of your order on the screen above the front counter.

Anyone order a half sausage mcgriddle? See picture. Only got one half of a hand torn sausage. Alert: Safety issue: My drink taste like a combination of Sprite and coke. I ordered Coke. Something is wrong with the drink provided in the drive through. The drink is contaminated. Be careful. Cross contamination can impact allergies Incorrect order given. They would not correct it

I usually have no problems with this McDonalds, but today in the Drive Thru, no one answered the 1st window, I pulled up to the 2nd window and a woman opened the window shoved the food at me, and closed the window fast with no greetings, no thank you, nothjing... and no drink or receipt. They left me sitting there, I had to get out on foot, dodge cars in the drive thru, flag that woman down and she handed me my drink. Again , no receipt, no greeting or pleasantries. We had two filet of fish sandwhiches, large fries and a chocolote shake. One sandwhich was hard, lukewarm, stuck to the bottom of the box, fish was hard, crust was hard. Not a good day for this McDonalds. Or me.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. There are people constantly cleaning the self order kiosk. We tried to use the kiosks a few times but gave up on it, it wasn't fast and flexible when you need to make changes to your sandwich/burger. So we prefer ordering with a person. We've also used the drive through service and they are pretty fast. There are two drive through lanes that merge into one.
