7-eleven

The morning shift is ridiculous there’s this one guy named Charlie that works. He doesn’t give you an opportunity to key your rewards in nor redeem them. And the fact that he acts like he doesn’t know how to go back. I had a redemption for 3 dollars and he bypassed it multiple times after I kept saying let me redeem them. He acts like he doesn’t speak nor understand English. He just does the most. He moves on his time all the time and it’s annoying. I hate it’s close by my house but I’ll rather go elsewhere if necessary.

This is the cutest and nicest 7-Eleven i have ever been to. They have a wide variety of food. All of the food looks very tasty. This 7-eleven is very well kept, the bathroom is very clean, it even has a little picnic table out front and a conveniently placed boot scraper for the construction workers. If you're hungry, this place is, hands-down, the [#1] 7-Eleven place to go for a quick bite. It was so hard not giving into the temptation of all the varieties. I felt like a kid in a candy store. They accept debit for their scratch offs. Win-win

I purchase the green labeled coffee cup three times a day while I’m in the area working over the past three weeks. I’ve paid $1.80 something each time. Now, the manager charged me the same price for the orange labeled cup of coffee. When I asked him he acted as if this was normal. I explained. It is not. Green label is large and orange label is medium. They are different in every way. He refused to charge me the correct price and argued as if I had lost my mind. The oriental manager guy is very rude and should not be in customer service.

In other responses to review the manager they suggest an email but I tried that and they said the manager would handle it. Now they do something pointless, and I'd been trying to convey something about a clerk's behavior. Owning here I was inappropriate too; also my previous review was far too negative. just another reason for the poor rating though.

Clean. Don't try to be polite at all. This will get you ignored at this location. I made it through an entire purchase along with food with only being spoken to in one word. "Is that all?". I'm sorry that I interrupted your conversation with your co-worker that you were too busy to stop in order to deal with me. I am writing this review so that people do not come in and inconvenience you any longer.
