Ordered Impossible whopper online, it was ready as soon as I arrived, and they had great customer service!

Long wait excused,, I ordered chicken fries,, it always increases wait time.. Order was wrong in more than one way, missing entree. No chicken fries and two french fries one O-ring not the two O-ring one fri. I pull around to correct the mistake and a sign paper sign says closes at 9pm. It was 8:55. They never answered and never came to the window.
Clearly I am happy that my child didn't get his food, he settled for Sonic. Back to my two burgers that I did get. Disgusting. The oil was rancid, I can not believe they are serving food.
This was so bad I wrote a review.

Not only did they get my order wrong, the manager was combative, wouldn't even look at the burger to see that I was right about it having ketchup on it, and wouldn't give me his name. They were supposed to remove ketchup from my burger because I didn't order ketchup. Instead, they just tried to remove the ketchup. I could taste it, which caused me to look under the bun. You can clearly see ketchup. If you have food allergies, don't eat at Burger King.

I live very close to this bk and its on my way to work. Everytime i have tried to come they are close. Im here more than an hour before they’re close time. Decided to come during the day and it was a complete different experience. Night crew need to get checked!

There was time where Burger King had a flame broiled burger and it tasted like it was. No more. I keep hoping it is a fluke. I don't normally eat at BK much anymore, but the last few times IT IS NOT FLAME BROILED! Take that description off your burgers.

My food was yummy and HOT and fresh. Very friendly staff, the manager even asked about our meal. I don’t ever eat Burger King but I will have to visit more often.
