Whataburger

The Burger was good but the Onion rings were a little too greasy. The service was fast and friendly, next time I go I need to remember to buy a Apple pie, nothing tastes better than a small scoop of ice cream on top of the Apple pie they sale. If you don't want or like greasy food. Stay away from the Onion rings. Nut then again ,, what fast food place doesn't have greasy food. I don't eat burgers that often but when I want something fast, Wataburger is the first place I go to. I have a special secret I would like to share but you need to look for it. if you are interested in making a plane jane burger into a really great, spicy tasting burger, I sugest you look real close at the photo I took and you will see the secret.

Went through the drive through on a Friday at 12p and had an excellent experience. Fast,friendly, courteous, and short wait time. They even had an employee outside taking orders and payments on a tablet and I didn’t catch his name but he was fast and very professional. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had throughout various different Whataburger locations. Will definitely be coming back here even if it’s a slightly longer drive! 5/5 Check em out!

Crew was amazing. Positive place it seems like. Staff was soooo friendly! I placed a mobile order and they were fast getting it out to me. I also saw them provide effective communication with the other patrons and it was refreshing to see. No attitudes. No under cover rudeness! One of the employees opened the door for me before I walked in. He was on his way to his break just awesome to see. All the staff was communicating with each other. And I just want to say thank you!

Last few weeks has been going down hill. Wife and I used to come as our "go to" when we couldn't decide on a place. Today we decided not to return. We went inside to dine, 3 people in line, stood there for upwards of 10 minutes due to the person taking orders messing each one up. Got to order and it was put as "to go", more in a second on that. Waited a LONG time for order, watching others get theirs that ordered after us. Wife went to the counter asking where our food was, and it was sitting in a bag, waiting for us to pick it up. (Remember the "to go" comment?) Sat and unpacked our order, it was actually correct for the most part, but no condiments. They bring the condiments with your order for dine in, but we were "to go" so I grabbed one of the condiment trays myself. Unfortunately, this is not a one time thing. This used to be a great place, but the last few weeks, it's gone to hell. I guess that's why they now have exclusively Christian music blaring, trying to drive off what ever demons have taken over. Not returning.

Had to repeat multiple times that I wanted a #1 and still almost got charged for a completely different item. Also saw that one of those pick up order people zoomed by and cut the line only to sit and talk with the employee for over 5 min for an order that should have been done. Once I finally got my order the food was cold

Sometimes my order is prepared correctly and other times they put the bbq sauce on there when I clearly asked for it dry. I wish there was an option on the app to just have a plain chicken strip sandwich with just the cheese instead of hoping the Honey BBQ can 100% come without it. I guess I am asking for a child version. Last time I asked for the 4" bun instead of the Texas Toast and I got the Toast instead. Last few visits have not been promising.
