Mr. Dumpling

If you are looking for a place that has Asian food of need things to prepare any Asian type cuisine , this is the place to go! Mr Dumpling knows what they are doing. The fried dumplings are very good, nice crispy edges and soft centers makes a great Dumpling for my taste. The spicy dipping sauce is a must. They take a jalapeno and leave it in the sauce to give it a very good flavor without setting you mouth on fire. A must place to go for Asian flavor.

First soup dumplings I've ever had but so good I had to come back! They make their dipping sauces in house and the woman who runs the cash register is so nice! She saw me waiting off to the side and gave me a complimentary cup of green tea while I wait. Definitely my preferred fresh dumpling spot in Carrollton for now.

Mr. Dumpling is located inside of H-Mart in Carrollton. There is the H Mart grocery store itself (which is huge), then there is a food court with several restaurants. These dumplings are delicious! And they have samples of everything on display to help you choose. They have king dumplings, soup dumplings, several kinds of gyoza, both steamed and fried. They have pork, beef, chicken, veggie and combination dumplings. The dipping sauce is good as well and it comes in regular and hot. They steam the dumplings upon ordering. And the price is fantastic. I especially recommend trying the soup dumplings. They are amazing!!!! It is definitely worth the trip wherever you are coming from.
