One of the best Nando I’ve ever eaten. The chicken is nice and juicy. The spicy rice is great. The ambience is much much better than other branches. I am a fan of Nando Carnegie. Thumbs up 👍👍

Chicken was super juicy and cooked really well with generous amount of peri peri sauce.
The service was a bit hard to understand and timid but overall good Nando's for the food.

Food is fine. Staff are all unfriendly. No “thank you’ when completing an order. This franchise would greatly benefit from some skills in basic customer service and customer etiquette.

Chicken was bloody and uncooked. The half chicken portion was tiny. The chocolate mouse and bottled juice drinks were insufficient to quench a thirst on a hot night. In total a disappointing take away from multinational franchise . They didn't pick up the phone to take feedback and didn't give a receipt for follow up.

I am a huge fan of Nandos chips, was served the best chips ever! So well fried and super well spiced!

The food was good as always. But, when I went to pick up my food yesterday, the chef was very rude to one of their colleague, I suppose she was new to the job. It wasn’t nice to see such a work environment.

I asked for water, and they gave me this water bottle. At first I did not notice it was dirty. I just noticed that the water tasted yucky. Then I checked the bottle, it is dirty from the inside. Even has mold on the inner bottom of the bottle. Can’t believe I drank this water, people can get sick drinking this. Horrible.
