It’s it about this particular location or the employee’s so much as it is Starbucks itself. The people are friendly and they always have everything ready in time. Can’t complain about that. But really? Where is the chicken on that sandwich! I could literally get a better sandwich from a gas station.

All new people and much slower. I hope it's because they're all brand new to Starbucks. They also don't seem too enthusiasticabout their job. However, just as pleasant as the staff before them.

I ordered a venti sugar cookie almond milk latte and the last 2 times I ordered it, it was a hot drink. I ordered it on the app last time and this time, but this time, they made it iced for some reason. Can someone explain ???

Wow! I am a Starbucks Gold Member and have been to many locations in the past. But this one simply blows all the others out of the water.
Whilst visiting upstate New York, I stumbled upon this specific Starbucks to refuel my body and soul. The staff? Lovely. The drinks? Exquisite. The atomsphere of the store? Simply to die for.
This Starbucks is an exemplary model for what all other Starbucks location's should deliver upon everyday. My favorite baristas include Patrick & James, both were phenomenal from morning to night.
A perfect 5 stars from this guy.

I give the staff a lot of credit for working hard to fill a lot of customer orders quickly. The coffee I ordered was good but the danish they served me was wrapped in plastic and not very good quality even after they offered to warm it up for me.

I use to love this Starbucks. However there was a very rude barista the last time I went. Not just rude. to me but to his coworkers and managers. Our drinks he made were not the typical Starbucks quality. Lines out the door were obviously due to his inability to time manage. I've seen baristas work on multiple drinks at once while they wait for blenders and such. Let me know if this is addressed and I'll come back and update my review. I dislike leaving negative feedback, unfortunately the experience warranted it.The Starbucks brand deserves better.
