1/29/21 5:50pm and it was my 1st time visiting this location. My Cashier Lester was polite and friendly. My food was hot and fresh. No complaints tonight.

Have been to this one more then once and the people behind the counter are amazing! They always make sure you have what you need for a great experience their. They also offer a buffet 10:30am to 2:30pm and if you haven't checked out a KFC buffet do yourself a favor and come here for lunch and try it out. The food is always consistent and never has let me down. Great job guys.

A complete change in not only a new restaurant management company, but a whole replacement of staff has made this KFC completely better. I had a severely negative review and every one of prior complaints has been resolved or is currently in the process of improving.
The newly added buffet has lots of options and seems to be kept freshly stocked. They've even seemed more that willing to put something out that isn't usually out (i.e. grilled chicken).
The store seems relatively clean. The tables often have crumbs or grease during high traffic, but that's not too unexpected in any restaurant during peak times except maybe McDonald's.
The staff is stellar; being competent and friendly put them leagues above the previous management.
All in all, I'm happy to have one of my favorites for a quick drive though back as an option.

This location has improved dramatically. Stopped coming here a long time ago because the food and service was so bad.
I am happy to report that the service was good and the food was fresh, hot and good.
Update. Still waaaay better than it was.
Food was hot and tasted good.
Staff was very friendly.

This is one of the best experiences I've encountered at a fast food restaurant. I went on Friday July 20th and the lady at the front (Rebecca) was so personable, friendly, and happy that she alone would make me return to this location rather than the one closest to myself. You can tell she really took pride in her work and loves her job. The food was perfect. The chicken was exactly what I remembered as a kid. Mac and Cheese and mashed potatoes were very good as well. I look forward to another visit with such a great service attitude.

It was a great experience as both my buckets of chicken were filled correctly! (I ordered an 8pc & a 16 pc both mixed chicken, dark & white plus crispy & grilled, lol!) The woman who waited on me was so pleasant & bent over backwards to accommodate me by grabbing some strange plates, as well! Its the KFC on North Michigan Road near 106th Street & I recommend this KFC & hope your experience will be as good as mine was!
