I absolutely love KFC!! The best part about it is how fresh everything is! From a simple order of sides to a meal and sandwiches... It's ALL FRESH!! The employees could be a bit better, friendlier, etc. But the absolutely DELICIOUS food makes up for it! I will always find a way to get to my local KFC!

Would give a zero if I could. Every time I give them another shot they dissapoint. Always get my order wrong. Never anyone to help us. Service super slow. Not the cleanest location. Highly disappointed, and I enjoy KFC. Ordered an 8 piece with sides, was told we could have the 8 piece. Pulled up to the window handed our card and only got sides. Turns out they neglected to put in our order and messed up our side order anyway. Should have got the 8 piece, 2 sides and biscuits. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK, I RECOMMEND OTHERS DON'T AS WELL. Manager wasn't any help either. Seemed to have a chip on their shoulder.

Drive through closed because short staffed. Didn't have coleslaw because the person didn't make it. Young girl at register couldn't be bothered to stand up, had to lean on the register. This store is horrible. If you want fried chicken best pick it up at the grocery store. Quicker, better service, and a whole lot less expensive.

Very disappointed with service with the drive thru. Ordered a two piece meal and paid over $9. As soon as I got to my hotel, there was no drink, the biscuit was raw, so I ended up with only 2 pc of chicken. I had a long day traveling g and this was the reason why I had to pick up something fast and I’ve always preferred KFC but what a disappointment. KFC Please take care of your customers and keep up with your standard.

The food is good and filling. Aside from that, their customer service is abysmal, the drive thru is terribly slow, and their card reader has been down over a full week. Someone isn't doing their job in this joint. If you're looking for a good fried chicken experience go a bit further to Kwik way. They're faster, better, and the customer service isn't bad at all.
