Kfc

I ordered this KFC chicken meal, and when I got home, the meal didn't have the coleslaw and drink inside the bag, and when I opened the box, this is the standard of chicken that they serve, small chicken that is not properly breaded, and the chicken is dark, which means the oil that they used is already old. How does this product get to the product controller or a manager? Are they really doing their job or do they just come to the store and leave? I'm very disappointed! Poor quality of service and product!

My greatest friends Slavish Barma has been forced to come to work and come to a very important birthday event, that only takes place once a year. Since when is a silly $10 and hr this important. I am very disappointed in this KFC's management and will be making a formal complaint to the head of KFC Australia.

When i order chicken tenders, popcorn chicken, chips staff Louis said wait 10min. I had wait 20 min. If staff said wait 20min I would have chosen a different menu. Why did staff throw the sauce at me without sorry for the overtime. Other customers next to me were curious about my order too. I waited for my turn to come and saw my receipt number disappear on the screen. When I asked staff third time, told me to wait because making a fresh one. 20 minutes! When I checked to take the takeaway, there was no sauce inside. I went back and asked for sauce, staff RANYA collected the sauce and threw it in front of me. Need training staff. No service, no good.

Paid for 6 pieces of Hot n Spicy. Got 6 original. Took my order back and they replaced it. But got original again. Took it back again and they insisted it was Hot n Spicy. Called the manager Justin over. She said its definitely Hot N Spicy even though I knew it wasn't. It looked and even tasted like original. I know because I ate some. I told the manager to try it and she said she didnt eat chicken (lol?) Couldn't be bothered dealing with them further so I just let it go.

Absolute poor effort. Running around like lost puppies inspecting each order because they forget what they put where. Waited 30 minutes for my order to be called out and told that there was no chicken while I watched them serve 5 customers with their 10pc chicken wings. 4th time I’ve encountered this so far. Pathetic

I placed an order for a Large Ultimate Box Meal with a thigh piece of chicken, plain gravy and no salt on the chips. I'm very impressed with their customer service as they followed all of these modifications. The quality of the chicken and burger was outstanding; everything tasted freshly cooked. Service was fast and efficient, very happy with this experience.

It's been three months last time I reviewed, still no changes, Amiit supervisor is lack of manners. Is it compulsory to be a bad-mannered to work at this store? This is the worst place to pick deliveries of this area Some people like Mia really need to learn some manners before even working at front counter.
