Dirty and sticky tables even when there was almost no one inside. Staff seemed to be a bit lost when I asked simple questions. Wrap was OK but a bit blend so it was not at the standard of the usual KFC. Iced tea was tasteless and watery. Chips were cold. I expected more from a place in such a good location.
Turned up, waited 30 minutes. Told that our order would be taken multiple times to continue waiting to be served. After waiting for half an hour we were told there was “no chicken left”. Awful service. Wasted our time.
