I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! it’s always a warm welcome when me and my sister come here, the staff are unconditionally kind and will be happy to help anyone! if you get anxious talking to people this is the place for you because the staff mostly lead the conversation. i come here often and i love the drinks! (ps: i recommend the caramel matcha for those who don’t like overly sweet drinks!) i will carry on returning tbh i think forever! thank you bubblebase!

I've been going here since it first opened years and years ago and honestly, it's still my go to whenever I'm craving bubble tea, first and best in cardiff for bubble tea in my humble oppionion.
Favourite drink is a mango milk tea flushed with tapioca, got it when I first went here in 2012 and have been getting it since.

Greeted at the counter by both staff members. The staff gave full attention and guidance to my order. Able to suggest to me through the various selection of drinks available.
Service was very good and professional. Did not have long to wait.
I ordered the Caramel Bubbleccino with strawberry bubbles. Most definitely delicious.

Customer service is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful (including the owner). The prices are very reasonable compared to other bubble tea places in Cardiff. Highly recommend
