Cake Gypsy

I got hooked on Cake Gypsy when I did an internship in the Simsbury area a few years ago and someone brought the most amazing cannoli dip to a party. Since then, we've been making special trips from western Mass for their cupcakes. Since we love them so much, we even decided to have them for our wedding in October 2018. They were AMAZING! We got mini cupcakes, cake pops and chocolate covered oreos. Everyone loved the variety and it was so much less expensive than a traditional wedding cake although I'm sure they would have made a delicious cake. We were so happy we went with Cake Gypsy (and we're even more happy that a store opened up in Granby, CT and is much closer to us).

Excellent selection of cupcakes. Too many to choose from lol!, no there is something for everyone. A dozen of delicious cupcakes will cost you $29.00. It's well worth it. They had a special blueberry, lemon flavor. As well as a snowbal stylel, a hostess style both to die for. The plain Jane which is just vanilla with vanilla bittercream frosting hits the spot. Each are decorated with chocolate shavings, glitter, coconut, or anything else you can imagine. They do special orders and have cake pops, and cannoli's ready to go. Well worth a trip to Canton. You won't be disappointed!!

Gluten free cupcakes are beyond delicious! Unlike any bakery I've been to, Cake Gypsy keeps their gluten free cupcakes frosting free and make them to order! Genius! Gluten free people are magically free to order whatever frosting/ganache/decoration that they want :) Thank you for making my weekend great Cake Gypsy!! :)

My brother in London England called them to order something gluten free for my birthday. This afternoon, one of them delivered from Canton to my home in Torrington a dozen of the most beautifully scrumptious looking cupcakes, and they are GF! I have had one so far, it was the best cupcake I've ever had. That was so nice of them to drive out here. I cannot wait to go there!
