Taco Bell

Had the burrito Supreme with a taco Supreme. What happened to your food? For years it was good but the last 2 visits were awful. Hardly anything on the taco other than lettuce and what little meat on it had a bad smell and taste. The burrito Supreme was just as bad. None of the ingredients tasted like they should. Done with taco bell.

The “cinnasugabombs” (pointing finger) didn’t make the pic ’cause, well, dessert first in my book. 😉😏 Lol The Franchisee(s? or whoever) who picked this location hadn’t/haven’t a clue. No traffic a mile down this DEAD frontage road from the BUSY Canton, MS, MS-22 & I-55 exit—you have to KNOW FIRST where this Taco Bell is because there’s basically no signs, too. But, hey, worth the trip to get your taco fix! 😀😎

Second review due to the fact my first one was removed. This has got to be the worst taco bell in the world. When I pulled up to the drive thru line there were 5 cars in front of me. It took 35 minutes to get to the order speaker and 3 other vehicles left the line. And another 20 minutes just to get to the window. When you can literally sit down at an authentic tex-mex restaurant and recieve service and quality for the same price in less time... something is seriously wrong with the people working here and maybe even the ownership.

On 2/12/19 I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Chicken Burrito's on my lunch break. I go to this store about once a week. When I got back to work I opened my Burrito to add sauce to it and there was only two small pcs of chicken in them. I called to speak to the manager twice and was told both times that she was out. By far the worst meal I have ever received from a Taco Bell in my life. I went online and filed a complaint and I have yet to hear anything. The only good thing I can say about it was that the young lady working the drive-thru was and has always been very nice.

I’m the only one in line. Young black girl asks me to move my car backwards. For what?!?! There’s no window backwards. She said it’s so they make their time. What the hell does that mean and why the hell should I care about you cheating your time?!?!? You think I’m stupid or something? I hope your boss sees this and fires you; you deserve it. Description of worker: Young skinny short black girl. Time of incident: around 4:30 PM. 02/28/2022
