Arby's

The slider was ok. I asked for hot fries. The fries were warm and old. I told the manager twice they were not hot. She was adamant that she saw her employee take them out of the fryer. Needless to say, they will not get anymore of my money. The cashier and the woman that fixed the fries were nice, not the manager.

Absolutely the WORST Arby's I have ever been in. There were actual rodents in the restaurant. When it was called.to the "manager's" attention he decided.it was the customers fault for having "5 star expectations" instead of cleaning up any of the food all over the floor. Insisted they hadn't had time to clean while there was only ONE family in the restaurant. When it was brought to the Loves manager's attention, suddenly there was time to clean all the old food out from under the table. Would NOT recommend 100% unless you're interested in contacting the bubonic.

Stopped for new fish sandwich. Not impressed. No tarter sauce. When to counter to ask for some.. lady behind counter hollered for sauce from back despite being only 5 ft from cook. Had to wait about 8 minutes and ask twice more. Two times the woman looked at me but acted like she wasn't aware of me or what I wanted. When I asked for tarter sauce the third time she hollered at the cook again and started acting like one of the other employee's was responsible . From their reactions this is typical behavior from her. I like Arby's...and have frequented this one often. It will be a long time before I go there again.

Staff ignoring drive thru. No signs posted to say drive thru closed. Dirty! Dining room had not been cleaned for a while. Food on floor and tables. Condiment station barren. One dining table was actually laying on the floor. Overflowing garbage. Staff on their phones. Dishing out attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Waited on a worker so we could place the order. We got our own drinks and the last straws. Told worker who was emptying trash at soda station that those were the last straws. She proceded to wipe tables. Next people had no straws and had to ask order takers for some. Meanwhile, we had only recieved part of our order and had to go back to counter. People behind us (the ones that had to ask for straws) were given wrong order. Then we were given the rest of our order. Not sure whether the other folks ever got their right stuff.
