Applebee's

I would zero star this if I could. Absolute worst service at any restaurant I have ever attended. Staff spends all their time in the back. Took almost an hour to get a steak meal brought to the table, then when it arrived it was cold. 20 minutes later it was still not brought out. Bottom line is I left and will never come back here. I would advise skipping this particular establishment in Canton.

Update: A year later ... Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go to Applebee's in Canton, TX to have a nice relaxing evening with family (Unless you want to eat dinner at the bar). If you sit normally, they will keep you from ordering shots unless you do so in HOUR intervals, this is not true for the bar. If you sit at the bar (I spoke with 6 customers before leaving) they will continue to pour you shots until you are over served and at a cut off point (which apparently they are known for). So, basically, they have it all set up to look like they follow TABC rules when, in fact, they do not. This was the absolute last time we will ever spend money at this location. Fell free to ask me any other questions!!! Had a small issue with my drink. Felt horrible sending it back but the manager was so nice. She let me know that it wasn't a problem. She made it for me. The right way! About 6 months ago I would have given less stars but going last night and getting the food we ordered correctly I am definitely giving them 5 stars!!!

This place still forces their employees to wear masks! This tells me all I need to know about this company and whoever made this ignorant sheeple decision! Honestly I used to love going into this place for an after work beer but not anymore! I am simply tired and over looking at idiots in masks, I never agreed with it in the first place, I will give my hard earned money to a local patriot owned and operated place instead. Applebees is overpriced anyway, also the big female mgr/bartender has the personality of a doorknob and acts like you are bothering her when she has to pour a beer, when the kegs are actually functional anyway!!! See ya!!
