Kfc

This is a good KFC. The sandwiches come out good not sloppy. Last time I ordered a family pack via the app, when I got home I was missing a part of the order. The manager was so nice and took care of me. I appreciate her. Definitely recommend this KFC because they take care of their customers and they are super friendly.

Hoping one of the managers see this or corporate. ALL the workers were soooo kind and sweet today. Made sure to really go above and beyond. I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to. Jamie the brand new worker was soooo kind to an older gentleman in front of me. Just plain out kind and smiled and really helped the older gentleman out. She really made sure to be in the moment. 100% will always come in and eat here. It's nice to see kindness and patience in this crazy world! Great job!!! Management should be proud of that!

I had a 3 pc. box from this KFC for lunch today. I chose the 3 pc box because it had two chicken breasts, which is much better than getting one breast and two little wings. I'll say the chicken was excellent! The mashed potatoes (sorry) aren't real potatoes at all, so I'll skip them next time. I believe I was supposed to get two sides according to the KFC website, but I just got mashed potatoes with gravy in the box. I couldn't identify the third chicken piece, it was a strange twisted up knob with a few (leg?) bones sticking out, so I didn't eat that piece. Overall, I'll just stick with the chicken from now on. :)

Their customer service is starting to get better, and the last few meals I’ve ordered from this location have been fresh and tasty. Even correct, so no complaints! Update: after tonight’s crap they’served back to one star! Tiny, dry not fully cooked chicken. When the replacement meal is worse than the original, I’m not sure what to say. I just took it and walked out!

Worse KFC I've been at got my order was wrong asked for mac n cheese and got dried out corn that you couldn't eat then mashed potatoes and gravy and the gravy was watered down like broth are they under new management are they cutting corners will never go to this place again and don't try calling they won't pick up I would of given a 0 but that's not a choice

I’m amazed that this store gets more than 1 star!! Three times I’ve visited here and three times my order is way wrong… I understand busy, however; it doesn’t matter the time of day these poor folks do not know their chicken cuts!! On no level does a leg resemble a wing. Then I verify the pieces with the cashier who then verified with the order packet And still gets it wrong. Voting with my feet never again
