I understand people have good and bad days at work. But this cashier was so rude while she was taking our order. Not only did she rush us to place are order. When we pulled up to the window she was on the phone the entire time and leaning on all of the counters and doing other inappropriate things while we was at the window. Jessica was the name of the cashier on the receipt. We will never be coming back to this location.

I don't know if I've romanticized my childhood memories of Krystal's or if my young and naive pallet simply embellished the taste and enjoyment from a sack full of their famous small square, soggy, and miniature burgers. Regardless the source of my high expectations, I am always without failure disappointed once I've eaten one Krystal. Despite the initial being a bland, wet, questionable mess, I can't help but stomach a few more because of the price paid for the heavey sack of sadness. to add insult to injury the greasey southern will move right through you at a brisk pace due to the lack of nutrients to needed to absorb. It isn't too much of a transformation from Krystal to the end product of digestion, just as wet, slimy, and a tad more nasty. Oh, I'd be remiss for not mentioning the ever unhelpful and resentful staff. Life's been hard on these culinary professionals and let's be honest you don't even really care about your order.

Please don’t go here. Not worth having to deal with extremely rude people. I really hope the owner will see this and think about who they have running their establishment and how they treat customers. I know that times are hard right now but all the nasty attitudes will only continue to drive people away.

It was late... so this place was great! The missing star is for not having a working drive thru system to assist with the 'fast food' portion of my visit. My cashier Stephanie was fantastic and gave great service, especially since I arrived during the late evening (when she probably was exhausted frm not being able to take orders before customers got to the window). There was a line and a good amount of time invested in the wait. But my order was correct, my food was hot and fresh, and I was rewarded for my patience. I will return!
