Wendy's

I went through the drive-through a few minutes after 10 PM. I ordered 2 $4for4’s and a medium fry. When I got home I noticed the medium fry wasn’t in the bag. So I called Wendy’s at 10:21 PM and told them I didn’t get my medium fry. They asked when I came through, and if I had a receipt. I told them I just came threw a few minutes ago and they didn’t give me a receipt. They told me there wasn’t much they could do because I didn’t have a receipt and they could see if there was anything they could do but then they just hung up the phone on me. Over a medium fry you guys just lost a valued customer. You guys could have easily just said sorry, come back and get a medium fry but no that doesn’t make sense. I’ll get my frys elsewhere from now on.

One of the best places i ever visited durring my vacation in the states. Burgers are superb and yummy. Food always fresh, staff are friendly always smiling while taking your order, wendy's is one of thee best places for spending quality time with your family and its a good place if you ever decide to chill with your friends for dinner or lunch. I highly recommend and advise all to visit this relaxing place. I will defently visit this place during my next visit to the states.

This location is the absolute best location! I tried to order a Uber eats delivery from the other ford rd location 41465 Ford rd, who was absolutely horrible slammed the phone down on me numerous times me and my coworkers called a total of 65 times and they never answered other times they’d breathe on the line only to slam it down. I ordered a baconator combo and I’m allergic to mayo when I received my sandwich after being busy at work it was plastered in mayo. I’m lucky I checked it or else I’d be in the hospital right now. I will never go to that location ever again, they shouldn’t be serving people if they do not follow allergy concerns. Thank you to Octavia who Was such an amazing help she was very kind with me helped me get ahold of the district manager and made it a priority for her to call me, she offered to make me a brand new sandwich even though it was 41465 ford rd stores fault and not theirs. I’ve never been treated so kindly and respected by a worker like octavia was. I’m in absolute awe of how amazing I was treated by octavia. And Stephanie the district manager was an absolute sweetheart and made my night! Diamond is also an absolute gem. Thank you guys again so much for your help I will never go to the other ford location ever again from now on I will only come to you guys!!! Thank you a million lovelies 💕💕🥺🥺

Would give 0 stars if possible. Very rude and disrespectful employee took our order, we waited in line for 20 minutes and the food was made terribly. Two baconators had only had 1 slice of bacon on each and the fries were soggy with no salt. I know it's fast food, but seriously get it together guys. I would have gone back if I didn't have to wait 20 minutes in line again.
