New Cook all alone today with zero training or past Line Cook experience... ordered a Western Omelet, and all the onion and bell peppers were cut huge and were completely cold and raw. No provolone cheese as advertised on the menu. If I wanted raw veggies, I would've ordered a salad. Did I tell the manager? No, as she was busy with other complaining tables. Thank goodness I'm just passing through the area and never need to return.

We just moved into town. I've always avoided Bob Evans where we came from because I usually had a bad experience. This was the first time where I felt I wanted to come back! The food was delicious. The place was clean. The employees were kind and prompt. I'm happy to have moved where there are yummy food options like this Bob Evans

Ordered the Easter Family Meal, I couldn’t believe it was so terrible. All of it seemed like it was washed. No flavor at all. Ham and turkey also washed out. Mashed potatoes and green beans same washed out taste. Waste of money and made dinner a disaster. 😡🙁 Just straight up a shame

Understaffed, meal ordered came out wrong (but corrected), long wait time, waitress was personable and professional given the shortage of staff.

Placed an order around 1030am day before Christmas. Ordered roast beef family pack which included large side dishes and biscuits. Also ordered turkey package which included a bunch of large side dishes and biscuits and a pumpkin pie also came with it. Ordered a large Mac and cheese for additional cost. Instructed to pick up at 6pm. Cost around$140.00. After paying and picking up order we noticed some missing items. Spoke with the manager who was very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed after that.The food was fresh, tender,& delicious.I would definitely do this again and I am a very picky eater! This was more than enough food to feed 8people with meals for the next day. Great job!!! Lesh road Canton Ohio

The food was great, the service was ok. In our waitresses defense she was very busy! I miss the days when there were enough waitresses to cover the amount of people that needed served! But Bob Evans does do an awesome breakfast, so we will return!
